A panel is installed on the front side along with a small LCD screen to control the temperature and timings. Some of the new bakery ovens have a power saving mood which enables you to link the optimum number of modules for producing the heating effect whereas keeping the others off.

What people do is stack one tray of baked product over the other which is perfectly fine when the requirement is more but as mentioned previously such type of baking will take more time than usual. Before buying an oven one should ensure that it is reliable and strong.
